Also, looking at the death record, it states that she had been living in Illinois for 12 years, A little hard to read.
With the date verified, one would know the year Giustina came to the US.
Perhaps 1888. This would be a year after Michael Carrione arrived.

Giustina's death record had her living in US about 8 years...
This passenger's final destination was Chicago...

Interesting that she is listed as "Mrs." but her marital status is "s" :?
Maybe her husband died, and she decided to come to USA to be with her son?
