Looking for a Marriage Certificate

I am looking for two marriage certificates for a Susie Mann that lived in Kentucky.

She married Adamo Fontana who was from Novarra, Italy. He settled in Boyd County, Kentucky (Ashland) and was the son of Settimoe Fontana. He went by Adam Fontana and took the O off of his first name.

She was also married to a man with the last name 'Raso'. His first name may have been Eddie? You will notice on the 1920 census, she is listed as Susie Raso.

Would anyone be able to steer me in the right direction? Thank you so much, I am a novice at all of this.

According to this Kentucky Death Index, Adam(o) Fontana died in 1922. So Susie Mann married Mr. Raso before Adam was deceased?
