There seems to be a "frazione" (hamlet) called Puzzali in Coreto Ausonio.

When you reference the document, are you talking about the town or the road?
Strada is a road. So I am guessing that you are looking for the exact place in the town (or surrounding area) that your ancestors lived.

Unfortunately, many streets, roads, etc. have been renamed in the last 100+ years.

Yes, Strada Pozzola would be where they resided.

I checked quite a few maps of present-day Coreno Ausonio, but have not found a road with this name.

Maybe you could write to the comune of Coreno Ausonio and inquire?
