I think the correct spelling of Louis the head was Esposito... so the marriage record you found is correct....

I want to notice you that in the previous sheet of this 1910 census there are listed Paul Ross and wife Rose, so they were living near Rose's parents....

I think I might have some additional information if someone can help me try to verify it. It appears Paul Grosso's father might have been Pasquale Grosso who married Vincenza Marino. It looks like he had a sister Carmela Grosso, born 1869 in either Galdo, Salerno, Campania, Italy or Galdo Sicignano Italy (maybe they are the same thing). She married Angelo Maria Carnavale born Oct 12 1869 also in Galdo Sicignano Italy. So maybe I have located where in Italy my great grandfather is from. Thank you all for your help.

I wasn't able to find the place in the Familysearch catalog... maybe some U.S. member can help you better.... or maybe they didn't filmed the acts in this town...
