Need help finding information on Guiseppe Piampiano

I am in need of some help with information on locating where my grandfather lived and his family in Sicily. I believe he came from Palermo. I am going to visit there in about 2 weeks and would like to know something of his family that still might be there. I Can't find very much. Date of Birth was March 17, 1892. father's name was Santo Piampiano and Mother's first name Vita maiden name unknown. Came to USA into NYC 2008 at the age of 16. There was a brother that stayed there believed named Santo. MAK

Appearing before the official was Santi Piampiano, 60, middle-class citizen, residing in Caltavuturo, to declare that at 6:30 AM on the 20th of the current month at the house in Via D. Bartolo, to Vita Cirafisi, housewife, his wife residing with him, was born a male child who he presented to the official and to whom was given the name GIUSEPPE.

ALSO found this possible arrival of Gesualdo Piampiano (age 23) in NY in 1905. Leaving Caltavuturo, going to a cousin, Mariano Brucato(?) on DeKalb Ave, NYC .

It appears that Gesualdo Piampiano (spelled Penpiano, then corrected) settled in Troy NY.
On this WWI registration card, he lists his brother Joseph as his contact.
His DOB matches the birth act from Italy that I posted above.

He was married to Mary (Maria) Debonis about 1911-1914 in the USA. He might have come over about 1908 at 16yrs old.

Wanted to let you know that I returned two weeks ago from my visit to Sicily. I was able to contact and visit one family member of my Grandfather Giuseppe Piampiano. A young woman who lived outside Palermo in Monreale, Her family came from Caltavuturo. With the help of an interrupter we were able to go over some of what she had researched. It was a beautiful time. My husband and I had a delicious supper prepared by her mother and we got to meet her brother and his family. It was the highlight of our trip. Thank you for all you help.
I now hope to research my Grandmother Mary Debonis and return to Italy in another year and hope to make contact on her side.
