What is this?

I have these entries for several siblings of the same Mucci family that were born in NY but returned to Polla. Does anyone know what this says? Is it a baptism?

These are the transcriptions, requested by Pasquale Mucci, of the birth of his daughters Rosa and Filomena. The proof of their birth was made by means of their baptism certificate issued by the Church Our Lady of Mount Carmel in New York.
Rosa was born on May 4 1901, Filomena on April 26 1903
