Property and Land Records for Benedetto Frezza

[jazzycat12]

I was looking for information on how to find the above records for Benedetto Frezza, born 23 April 1871 and his wife Palma Caira born 25 July 1875. After Palma's death in 1921 Benedetto remarried to Loreta Mancini in the same year and might have bought another property some time after that marriage. They had a number of children all born in the same house up to about 1904. They lived in Settignano, Atina, probably House No. 39.

Does anyone know of any lists that are available to consult to first ascertain if the property record actually exists please?

Any help appreciated.

Forgot to say, his tax code might have been FRZ BDT 71D23 A486Q if this might help.
