Help getting in touch with San Severino Lucano comune.

[PattyAshton]

Hi, I am writting from Brazil and need some help.

I need the San Severino Lucano Comune to respond an email sent by the Italian Embassy in Brasilia confirming that my Ant Claudia Elisabeth Ashton de Araujo is registered there, so she can get her italian passport.

The comune answered the email asking about me and my mom, and since february thay did not respond the one about my ant.

We tried calling : no answer; and emailing the address in their website: but it keeps coming back.

Does anyone know if there is another email address or phone nunbmer?

Thanks....

Hi, the Commune work just by certified email from another certified email account
This is the their
comune.sanseverinolucano.pz@pec.it
so Brasilia embassy have a certified email and can contact again....
the phone number/fax number +39 0973 576132

Better to send a fax, in italian Language, with as much info and possible details, with the picture of ID card of sender, otherwise don't reply, and providing YOUR email address as a well phone number and fax number...
otherwise send a recorded mail to:
Ufficio di stato civile
Municipio di San Severino Lucano
Via S. Vincenzo
85030 San Severino Lucano (PZ)
Italia

and if they don't reply please to hire a lawyer on place!
