Are you looking for an Italian surname? Do you need more information about your family heritage?
This is the right place to start your genealogy search.
I would like to know if anyone can tell me how I can find a birth record for someone born in Forgia --Vieste (few hours from Napoli) in the year 1954?
Any information would be greatly appreciated as it is for someone who needs it as a Proof of their Identity. They were two years old when family emigrated from Italia and no records were available except for a old Passport of his mother's with his name and photo in it.
All replies are welcome and inputs are greatly appreciated.
I already have given you the information for requesting a birth record from Vieste. When writing to them please include the postal code 71019 Comune di Vieste in the form letter envelope. Peter
