Hello all. I believe I'm a 1948 case (I'm not 100% sure as I don't know when my GGF took his oath), and I'm in the process of acquiring all the documents right now. I'm working on getting my GGF's certificate of naturalization through USCIS. I'd like to be able to skip the index search and save some time. I'm wondering if the number listed on his declaration of intent is the same c-file number that can be used to locate his naturalization certificate:

I trying to determine if I can use the 328897 number in the top left to locate his naturalization certificate. In comparison to my GGM's, this seems a little light on the number of digits to be a c-file number. Thanks for any insight you guys may be able to provide here.
