Is there a website where I can find a birth certificate from 1865?

Name: Arduini Francesco
Place: Castellucchio (Porto Mantovano) 07/05/1865

I've been searching this document but haven't found it yeat Thanks

There are no civil records available before 1866.
But if the certificate you are looking for is ABOUT 1865, you can try here:

If you don't find it there you will need parish records.

I have found many birth records on www.antenati.sanbenicultural.it
However they are in Italian. Many births are indexed by the year of birth and many towns have the names indexed alphabetically.
