Translation of Italian Baptism record written in Latin.

Post by vspeciale66 »

Hi all,
can anyone help me translate this baptismal record for Domenico Del Gatto. I believe it may be written in Latin?

Any help would be appreciated!

On November 23, 1795 Don Casto Zona, curate of the church of St. Nicola of the hamlet of Zuni, city of Calvi, baptizes Domenico, born on the same day to Agostino Gatto and Rosa Izzo, spouses of the hamlet of Zuni. Godparents were Rosa, daughter of Silvestro, and Nicola, son of Gregorio Canzone(?) of Petrulo's farmhouse.
