Hello, could someone please translate the following record? It is the record documenting the discovery of Guglielmo Babelli, an orphan. I am having a hard time reading the block of handwritten text towards the end. It is record #1763. Thanks.

The baby was born on day 15th at 4am in a home at 3, (via dell') arco (dei) banchi.
I've checked, and it seems there was a "sala di maternità" (maternity room) there.
If you read this document
https://www.comune.roma.it/web-resource ... _Parte.pdf
on page 252, it seems a lot of unmarried women went there to give birth to their children.
Then the child was given to the declarant, Carlo Righini, a clerk of the maternity room "Panunzi", to be taken to the Orphanage of Roma.
