I am an Italian citizen and my passport is expired. My consulate is in Miami over 10 hours away. Nobody answers the phones there, the website gives a number that directs you to make an appointment online and all the appointments are gone up to April 2nd with no appointments after that. How do I get my passport renewed? Can I go to any Italian consulate?
