Line 10, Manfredi Giuseppe. What town is he from? Are there records available for this town?

I wish that I could help you, I just cannot make that name out at all. I can't even get close to a "sounds like" or "looks like".

Well done! Never thought of that being a 'D'.

I like to drop this map every now and then because it makes searching for unknown towns easier. You can select a region and begin to type into the box (within the dropdown menu) at the top to find towns. In this case the letters 'rnic' are obvious from the ship record and this combination of letters is likely not common. So simply entering 'rnic' in the dropdown box in the northern regions gives you hits like Dernice, Pernice, Ornica, Sarnico, etc. so that you can narrow in on the correct one.

Fantastic, thank you both! There appears to be no records for this town though but it appears they will be digitalized soon

Haha, it appears their terminology is "scheduled"... which could be in a few months or in 5 years
