Hello! I'd love a full translation of this Sicilian birth record! It's for a founding named Giuliano Termini born in 1911. Thank you so much!

Re: Birth Record Translation - 1911 - Sicily
He was presented by the midwife who stated that he was born on April 16, 1911 to a woman who did not consent to be named and an unknown father. The male infant was assigned his first and last name. In the handwritten section at the bottom, it states that this baby came before the town official from the Institute of the Foundlings of Palermo by means of a woman named Anna Maria Ganci who remitted a copy of the present act. There also appears to be a list of items with the baby, and the types of fabrics and colors of those items.

Thanks for correcting me, G. Yes, the infant was sent from the town official to the foundling institute of Palermo and not vice versa. I always appreciate your second set of eyes, G.
