Hi
Acording to Louis Norcia ss applicaton his mother was Virginia Scrima and the 1910 census shows his father married to a Virginia Norcia this is same surname she used used on the marraige certificate filed in Westmoreland County in Pa, it shows she was married before and had only two children living and there are three listed on the 1910 census. My conclusion is that Michael had Louis to Virginia Scrima and then married Virginia Norcia, because the 1910 census says she only had two childen living and three are listed on the 1910 census. The Virginia quoted by EDKADLECK could you elaborate on this person a little more.
