Comune di Rieti email address - Scopigno surname

[eric.scopinho]

Hi,

I'm looking for some contact email address for Comune di Rieti. I've tried the one at their website (info@comune.rieti.it), but the message couldn't be delivered.
I'm looking for the birth certificate of Luigi Scopigno borned around 1859 in Rieti, son of Antonio Scopigno and Rosa Scopigno (Rosa Gianonnelli before marriage).
Can anybody help me with that?

Thank you,

Eric Scopinho

If your sure he was born in the comune of Rieti and not another comune in the province of Rieti, you may want to order/rent the films done by the LDS Church (mormans). They have filmed the civil records for Rieti for 1810-1905,

Here is a link to the available films.

And here is a link to locate your nearest LDC-Family History Center.

Link to a guide to obtaining these films.

The LDS also filmed church records for the comune of Rieti, 1560-1880 and here is that link.

Hope it helps.
