They are not online, but certainly exist!
If you are sure about the year, you can try with the Comune di Gessopalena

servizidemografici@comune.gessopalena.ch.it

DO NOT say they are for genealogical research, or they won't do it.
Say, for instance, they are for request of citizenship

Hi,
As PippoM mentioned, records for those years are not online.

Furthermore, probably the correct name of your grandmother, as you also posted in a previous thread, was Anselma Pellicciotta and not Pellicotti.

Unfornutately, there’s no other option but to contact the Comune directly for those acts.

Yes, I spelled her name wrong, sorry. the papers will be used for citizenship so that is correct. I did find some photocopies of documents my father found after my grandmother passed. Not sure what they are and one was very torn and tattered when copied so its hard to read. I took pics of all three documents if you zoom in you can read a lot of it (I can't read Italian yet). I think they are emigration papers for her and her son Gino (my uncle) in 1926? if you can try to interpret them for me and tell me what they are I would be very appreciative!
thanks,
Paul

These must be the documents you GM had to provide to be allowed to leave to America.
The first is a certificate of good behaviour. It says she was a labourer and able to continue her work, she was never a beggar, and she did not have mental diseases. It also says she was born in Gessopalena on Aug 18, 1907, and her complete name was Anselma Dolorosa Antonia (daughter of deceased Giovanni). She was going to take with her, her son Gino Cavaliere son of Filippo, born in Gessopalena on Apr 22, 1924
The second is a request sent by the mayor of Gessopalena to the Court of Torricella Peligna asking about possible criminal pendencies (and the reply was that she didn't have any)
The third is a declaration of the Mayor (actually, the Prefectural Commissioner who had substituted the Mayor) about the fact that she has been advised that her travel is at her risk and danger, and she can't make complaints to Italian authorities in case she won't be allowed to desembark at destination, or forced to return.

I believe her mother's name is also mentioned in the first two documents...Amalia Caniglia.
