Francesco Uderzo/Udezzo

I'd like to find information about Francisco Uderzo (my 2nd great-grandfather).

His death certificate states he died in Carazinho, Rio Grande do Sul, Brazil, in 1917, and it is implied he was brazilian. However, there is a register for Francesco Udezzo, italian, in São Paulo, Brazil in 1889, being 40 years old at the time.
They might be the same person.

If they're not, my concern is to find his parents, as his death certificate doesn't mention their names.
The last name is originated from the Venetia region in Italy, specifically from a town named Oderzo. While I found some people with the same last name and roughly the same place, none of them seems to be a match.

Any help on this matter will be greatly appreciated.

At present, the surname Uderzo is found almost exclusively in the province of Vicenza.
