Find Death Record

I am looking for the death record of Grazia Priore who was born in Grumo Appula on October 17, 1827, to parents Antonio Priore and Laura D'Amico. She married Michele Scarola in Grumo on February 8, 1849. Her youngest child Filomena Scarola was born on April 16, 1861 in Grumo Appula. Grazia Priore was deceased when one of her daughters married in 1876 in Grumo Appula.
So I looked up the Grumo Appula death records for years 1861 to 1876. Unfortunately, 3 of those years, 1866, 1867, and 1873 had no death indexes plus none of the other years which had indexes listed her. Without indexes, my lack of Italian language ability is hard to overcome in this search. I'm hoping that someone might be able to find the death record. She is my second great grandmother.

Or at least the name of the daughter's spouse.

Anyway here’s the death record for Grazia Priore.
She died on 9 oct 1867. She was 40yo, daughter of Antonio and Laura D’Amico and wife of Michele Scarola.
Her husband and her father-in-law Vito declared her death #382.

The reason for her death was probably due to the consequences occurred after the birth of her twin daughters Anna and Nicola on 6 Oct 1867. #252/53

Thank you very much. As far as I know, the husband of Grazia Priore never remarried. So often back then, when the wife died leaving behind small children, the husband quickly remarried in order to have someone take care of the babies and young children while he worked. Back then, marriages were "arranged".
Maybe, their 17 year old daughter then, Maria Antonia Scarola, took care of the younger children. She married in 1876.

What you say is true, Ron. But in this case, as you stated, there was a daughter of 17 years. It would have been expected for her to step into the maternal role. Girls as young as 9 or 10 would also be expected to provide this role.
