Groom section on marriage act - proxy?

Post by warriorrabbit »

Is this another “I can’t go, here’s my stand-in” proxy situations?

The groom is Giuseppe Spadaro but there’s a whole paragraph before we get to that, involving what looks like Rosario de Luca.

Yes, Rosario de Luca is the keeper of the prisons as Prosecutor who appeared.

#3 in the list of documents presented is the power of attorney of the groom.

Also, the parents of the groom were present to give their formal consent.
The parents of the bride were both deceased.

Correction to above...prosecutor should read "Procuratore"/power of attorney
