1801 Palermomarriage - Pietro D'Amore

Post by cj11788 »

Hello everyone,

Number 17 at the below link is the marriage for Pietro D'Amore and Antonia Bando. His parents are Carlo and what looks like Anne where her sir name is Bonomolo. What I don't understand is what is right after Bonomolo and before Antonia. Maybe his first wife, Margherita?

Any suggestions.

I'm seeing S.Margherita so maybe it is referring to the parish Santa Margherita?

You have the abbreviation for parish church (by the name of) Santa Margherita. Antonina Bando though was the widow of deceased Emmanuele. I believe Bando was her married surname, as her parents were Antonino LaRosa and Caterina Scurto.
