Corleone Birth

Post by cj11788 »

Hello,

Can you tell me if the birth is for Giovanni or Giovanna Raineri, born on the 31st, left side of the page. I'm not sure.

Chris

No

The Latin word for “son” is “filius.” The letter u is followed by what looks like a curved line going up toward the left, which is for the letter s. Female is filia (daughter) with the letter a at the end. Looks like a regular script written small a.
