Need help reconciling two death records

I haven't come across many Parte II records and these both appear to be for the same person (Anna Tripoli), on the same year (1913) with the same parents (Francesco Tripoli/Girolama Agnello) and husband (Ignazio Tripoli), but different dates. Any help appreciated. Thank you!

Act no. 22 is a correction of act no. 7, in the sense that the name of the deceased was indicated as ‘Anna’, but has been corrected to ‘Giovanna, aged 40’.
