Help with baptismal for Girolamo Mancuso?

Would someone please translate this record. Just want to verify that his name was Girolamo Giovanni Mancuso born on January 13, 1709? I have been trying to find his baptismal but I am not sure this is the right person. His spouse was born in 1722 which would make him much older. It is the first record on the right side of the page. Any information would be appreciated. Thanks so much,

Baptism record of Gerolamo Giovanni Mancuso, son of the spouses Giuseppe and Dorotea, born on the same day.
A 13-old age difference between groom and bride could be quite common.
