Could someone please translate the two attached certificates and can someone tell me if this is the same person or are they are two different people.

It’s regarding the death of Giuseppe Di Simone, 3 months old.
Son of Ruggiero, sailor and Giuditta Di Martino.
Date of death was June 19. 1827.
The declaration was made on the 20th by Raffaele Starace, 21yo, sailor and Donato Conte, 39yo, shopkeeper.

Giuseppe’s birth on April 5th.

Declaration was made by the midwife, Carmina Tartaglione.
Ruggiero was 40 yo and Giuditta 36.

Thank you so much! I am searching for a Guiseppe DeSimone born in the Teano, Caserta, Naples area sometime between 1827 and 1830, he was 30 when his son Angelo born in approximately 1851 is my 2nd great grandfather and we cannot find a document for father or son. Thanks, Lisa

Record #330: Giuseppe Domenico de Simone was born in Teano on 10 December 1827 to Carmine de Simone, a 30-year-old coachman, and Maria Rosa Feroce, a 29-year-old woman. He was baptised on the same day at the parish church of San Marco Evangelista.
