Hello, could someone please translate this marriage document for Pietro Cozza and Fortunata Panza?

Thank you.

I've extracted the important info for you. I've found the writing a bit of a challenge in places so it might need a tweak.

Marriage (Promise) No 2: Pietro Cozza and Fortunata Panza
San Pietro in Guarano: 28 April 1822

Right Side Column: Marriage took place Santa Maria in Gerusalemme on the same day (ie 28 April 1822).

Groom: Pietro Cozza, maggiore, 23 yo, born in this town, a possidente (landowner), living Contrada l’orologio?, son of Francesco Cozza, deceased, a landowner, who had lived in above Contrada, and of Caterina Rende also deceased and who had also lived above Contrada.

Bride: Fortunata Panza, minore, 14 yo, born this town, living Contrada Piazza, daughter of Francesco Panza, deceased, a possidente, living Contrada La Piazza and of Divina Guccione, Contrada la Piazza.

At the base of the record it lists the allegati that were presented in order for the marriage to take place which include the following:

1. A Notary Act to do with the fact that the Groom was unable to present his Birth Act (my understanding)
2. Birth Act of the Bride
3. Notification Act showing no opposition to the marriage taking place.
4. Death Act of Francesco Cozza, father of the groom.
5. Death Act of Francesco Panza, father of the bride.

I've located the relevant allegati (marriage attachments). They are here: https://antenati.cultura.gov.it/ark:/12 ... 17/57rPV2J

They begin with the Notary Act Extract. You could post this separately for translation
On page 11 of 92 is Fortunata Panza’s 1808 Baptism record which you can post for translation as a Latin Record as needed.

The allegati for this marriage go to page 18 inclusive. They should all be there and hopefully they will take you back further.
