Giuseppe Santoro Bilotta was born on March 28, 1850 at 5 in the night in Jacurso to Vittoria Dattilo and her husband Pietro Bilotta. He was consequently baptized by the parish priest of San Sebastiano who was asked to baptize the infant according to the rite of the Holy Roman Catholic Church. The baptism also took place on the 28th.

A woman by the name of Teresa Scalfaro was the person who initially presented the infant at the town hall and provided to the official there the details I wrote above about the birth.
