Help with baptismal for Francesca Caronia

[italian059]

Would someone please help translate this record. It is pretty bad but I do believe it is for Francesca Caronia and her father was Salvatore and mother Catherina. It is #274 on the left side of the page. Would like to know if the mother's maiden name is listed although the record looks cut off. Any info would be greatly appreciated. Thanks so much,
Mary
