Stanislao born 6 April 1879, son of Calogero and Domenica Mancuso. I have his birth, marriage and death info. What I was hoping to find is when he came to U.S. and then returned to Sicily.
His brother Giuseppe states on his ship manifest he's going to meet his brother, Stanislao in Philadelphia, PA. Giuseppe came to U.S. 2 April 1910 at port of Philadelphia, PA on the ship "Verona". Apparently Stanislao returned to Sicily since he died in Delia 24 August 1947.
My Gallo and Chiavone families just keep on going. Thanks in advance for your usual assistance.

Re: Stanislao Gallo - Delia, Caltanissetta
Thank you for your response. However, I don’t think it’s him. Father was Calogero not Giuseppe, date of birth was 2 August 1884 and he was born 6 April 1879, mother name incorrect (Girolama Lupo) should be Domenica Mancuso. Thank you again for your efforts. Gelen
Re: Stanislao Gallo - Delia, Caltanissetta
Just a quick clarification that doesn't change much, but might be useful to know.
Stanislao’s birth actually took place on April 4th, while it was registered at the town hall on April 6th."

Thanks so much Farassino. Correction made. Helen
Re: Stanislao Gallo - Delia, Caltanissetta
While I'm still in the Gallo mode - I haven't been able to find death dates for Stanislao's parents - Calogero Gallo born 28 November 1858 to Stanislao Gallo and Antonia Falzone and Domenica Mancuso born 16 February 1859 to Giuseppe Mancuso and Grazia Riccobene. And, if possible, dates for their parents Stanislao Gallo, Antonia Falzone, Giuseppe Mancuso and Grazia Riccobene, all from Delia, Caltanissetta. It's a large request so any help is greatly appreciated. Helen
Re: Stanislao Gallo - Delia, Caltanissetta
On February 26, 1906 Stanislao was still in Delia, declaring the birth of his daughter Domenica, born on February 24.

Re: Stanislao Gallo - Delia, Caltanissetta
So sometime between 2-1906 and 1910 he traveled to U.S. That narrows it down. Wondering if he brought his family with him (wife was Rosa Gianforcaro). Now I'll add his 2 sisters to my request. Antonia Gallo born 9 March 1885 and married Angelo Pitruzzelli 28 March 1908. Carmela Gallo born 25 June 1888 and married Salvatore Cupani 29 October 1910. I promise this is it for now. Helen
Re: Stanislao Gallo - Delia, Caltanissetta
Domenica Gallo died on 4 March 1907.
Stanislao did not declare her death, so we don’t know if he was still in Delia or not.

Re: Stanislao Gallo - Delia, Caltanissetta
For PippoM - The Stanislao Gallo you located is a relative of our family. His parents, Giuseppe Gallo and Girolama Lupo, are also the parents of my husband's great grandfather, Calogero Gallo. Perhaps when our Giuseppe came to Phila. he was visiting a cousin, Stanislao and not his brother, but his father's brother. This can be a bit confusing with Gallo being a very common Italian name plus the naming tradition. So thank you for another item to add to my records. Helen
