Yes, Cola is the nickname for Nicola (which is the same as Nicolo').
Xara = Xiara = Sciara
X can be used to mean Sc or Sci, such as how Sciacca used to be written Xacca.

Cari usually is written with an accent mark over the i.

I found the marriage you graciously gave me but it is confusing
is bartolo giovanna's deceased husband or Giuseppe's father
i see of this town but i cannot decipher the info before
i do not see 2 sets of parents
were some not mentioned?

Bartolo Firlisi, the son of Antonio, died on 1st October 1622 in Sambuca.

so i should look for their previous marriages to determine their marriages

but need help translating
hid parents are antonio and antonia no surname both alive
her parents Cola and maybe Elisabetta di Faghofore????
any other info helpful

also i found Nicolo's prior marriage with Petra and need help translating
