I am searching for the town and province where my great-grandfather John Anselmo was born in the early to mid 1850's in Sicily. They had three children, Angelo, John and Josephine who were also born in Sicily and immigrated to the US. His wife's name was Josephine Colonna.

I learned the last name was not spelled Anselmo. It was spelled Anzelmo and they lived in Montemaggiore Belsito. I rented a LDS film and found my grandfather Angelo and his two brothers. It gave me the names of their parents. Thank you so much for your help!
