Oreste Morganti Argentina

Hi everyone,
i'm looking for some information about Oreste Morganti, an italian architect who left italy for went in Argentina during 1927-1930.
The only thing that i know it's his first place where he was live: Buenos Aires in Argentina.

If someone have some information, please ansewer to this topic :)
