Military obligation?

Over 25 million Italians have emigrated between 1861 and 1960 with a migration boom between 1871 and 1915 when over 13,5 million emigrants left the country for European and overseas destinations.

Military obligation?

Post by Luca722 »

I am 25 years old, born in 1982. I'm in the application process for Dual Citizenship.

Would I have any military obligations whether I live here or in Italy?

Thanks,
Luca

As far Italy is concerned, Military Service is not mandatory anymore.
