Everyone here has been so kind and helpful to me, so I just wanted to let you know that the person who found me is the son of my cousin who moved far away a long time ago. I have not seen him for a very long time, so I do not know his children. It will be very nice to keep up through our mutual interest, and now we can share information. The "Gep" that he talks about is my Father who is still living at the age of 86.
Regards to All,
Linda

Hi Linda,
I was reading thru your conversation and realized we may be related in some way even if distant.

My father's name is Antonino Sanzone ,he was born in camporeale in 1939.
His father was also Antonino Sanzone, not sure he may have been born in 1911. He had quite a few brothers by the name of Castenzio Sanzone (who now lives in California), and Carmelo Sanzone and 2 sisters, Antonina or Lina Sanzone and Maria Sanzone.

Now, antonino Sanzone's father who was also named Antonino Sanzone had 3 brothers, Castenzio, Domenico and Antonisio.

The mother of Antonio Sanzone' was Anna Sanzone (maiden name- LaPerna). Not sure if you were able to follow that, but simply put, the mother of my father's grandmother (or my father's great grandmother) was Anna Sanzone (maiden name Anna LaPerna).......isn't it great to trace back the family tree.......

I am looking for Rosalia Sanzone who was the mother of Maddalena Navarra. Maddalena was born in 1807 in Trabia and died in 1892 in Campofelice. It appears Rosalia's husband was named Domenico. Does this ring a bell for anybody
