Vittorio-Veneto, Treviso, Italy - Record Locations

Hello all!

My name is Concetta and I'm new to this forum. I'm hoping someone can perhaps help me figure out where to write for records of Vittorio-Veneto.

My grandfather's entire family is from there -

His parents were Antonio Franco and Augusta DeNardi, and their parents were Giacomo Franco and Angela Da Re, Giovanni DeNardi and Magdalena Della Giustina.

I know none of the records are on LDS microfilm, so I think I have to start writing the area for more information. But every website I've seen doesn't seem to have an address for where to go to do that.

I can't speak Italian, but I'm fairly competant in writing and reading it, so I'm very comfortable with sending information as long as I know where!

The anagrafe of Vittorio Veneto was destroyed during WWI, so is not possible to have family records before 1918.
You could ask to Stato Civile (Paola Costalunga o Cecilia Da Prà).
By surnames they looks like to came from parish of Serravalle (where family records of 19th century are full conserved), hamlet of Forcal or Santa Giustina. So you could ask to that parish too.
