Tammy, this is possibly Quilico's listing on an 1884 ship's manifest
from Havre to New York.
We can link the actual page when ancestry.com comes back up,

So his full name was Giovanni Antonio Pagannuzi? I haven't searched for the spelling of his last name as above. Wow..thanks!

Yes, my Aunt's name was Sarah but they called her "Sadie" and she was the only sister born in Italy. Then they came over to the U.S. and had 4 other daughters, Emma, Louisa, Mary (my grandmother) and Jean Paganussi.

For your question regarding next door was that Anna's brother & mother? I'm not sure..I thought Anna's mother's name was Serafina. I only know of Anna Casassa having a sister named Maria. I could be wrong though, I think she might have been born in 1864 or so.

Hmm..looking at the census again..it says Sarah..I wonder if she went by that instead of Serafina..
