Follow-up letters for Vital records in Villalba & Valled

Just wondering how long one should wait to send a follow-up letter to these small hill towns of Villalba & Valledolma, in Sicily? I wrote the letter of inquiry on Nov. 3, 2008.

You need to give them at least 30 working days and allow for postal delays. We just had a national holiday for the Immaccolata and today is the Madonna di Loreto who is revered in many towns. Takes time. I would wait until Jan 3rd at least at this time of year.
