Looking for any information on the Tacconelli Family from Ripobottoni, Molise

[PeterTimber]

While there are no immediate records for anyone surnamed Tacconelli currently residing in Ripabottoni, you can easily obtain records from the town by writing to the town registry office for any Birth, marriage or death records dtaing back to 1809 which is normally the beginning of record keeping in central and southern Italy.

Go to www.nonsolocap.it and put in Ripabottoni, click CERCA and then clickon Ripabottoni for the town web page and scroll down to the MUNICIPIO address to send requests to the Ufficio di Stato Civile in Italian language free of charge

Go to http://www.angelfire.com/ok3/pearlsofwi ... tters.html for such form letters. =Peter=

Have the records for Ripabottoni on loan at the library. Will be out of town, but if you send the info of first name and approximate date of birth...also where they lived in the US or Canada I will try and track them for you when I return.

The more info you can provide, the better. It is not a name familiar to Ripabottoni...may have moved from another town.
