I think this is my family. My Great Grandfather Joseph and my Great Uncle Angelo were born in Staro move to Sunnyside Plantation in Arkansas, then to Saint James Mo (Rosati ) Names, years places match the last names are closely spelled

Hi, Just ran across this site. My mother was Lucy Tessaro (Friedrich). She was born in July 1921, the youngest child of Joseph and Maria Tessaro. Her grandparents were Lucia and Bartolo Tessaro. Brothers were Sam, Pete, Victor, Albert & Arthur. Sisters were Elvira and Rose. Angelo Tessaro was a brother of Joseph Tessaro. They came to America in the late 1890s. Settled first in Arkansas then moved to the homesite near Rosati, MO. There was a third son, Silvio that stayed in Italy. Lucia Tessaro's maiden name was Parlotto.
