I am planning a trip to Italy in search of information about my ancestors. I know they emigrated in 1876 from Peggio in the island of Elba to Venezuela. There were three brothers and their last name is Balestrini.
I would like to research as much as possible before my trip and would appreciate any help from others who have gone through this process before. Thank you
Rafael
Tracing family history - Balestrini
There are 6 Balestrini surnamed persons in Campo nell'Elba and that includes Marina di Campo both with postal codes 57034. If you go to www.paginebianche.it and insert the balestrini surname in ther first line and Elba in the third line and then select opnce again Campo nell'Elba so that the 6 surnames, addresses and telephone numbers appear. You then may wish to write or contact the 6 Balestrini surnamed persons who are probably your relatives. Peter
