Ricciardi of Sulmona/Campo di Giove

[mraadams]

I was wondering if anyone has any insight into the early origins of the Ricciardi family who were quasi-nobles of Sulmona and Campo di Giove in Abruzzo. I have found several references from the 19th century but I was wondering if they are related to or have the same origins as the Noble Ricciardi's of Naples. Is there a documented coat of arms?

Thanks,

Mark

There are a number of them but a useful one I found to be in www.stemmario.it To research further go to google.com and put in Title Ricciardi surname Genealogy Sulmona Italy Herladry, Italy or other variations to capture the information you are seeking. =Peter=
