Hi,
I had my appt last month and because many of my documents are from England and Scotland, I was told by the NYC consulate that I need to have these documents validated by those consulates. I did have Apostilles on all of my documents. Well I have called both consulates and they don't know what I am talking about. I also called the Boston consulate because I need one document validated by them and they DID know what I was talking about. I only have two months left to get these documents validated and I'm getting worried.
Has anyone had experience validating documents?
