Has anyone heard of Mussigliano in the Providence of Alexandria? Could the spelling be incorrect? See this passport for Alex Ratti's birth location. Any help would be appreciated.

MUSIGLIANO (right spelling) was a hamlet of SAN SEBASTIANO CURONE town ( Alessandria province); currently MUSIGLIANO is a hamlet of GREMIASCO town (Alessandria province)
