Hoping for some help Translating this document

Post by stewey75 »

Hello,

I was searching on ancestry and came across this record that looks to be of my 3rd GG-mother Caterina Massucco b. approx. 1830 and her husband was Giuseppe Solari. Any help of translation or where I could find something online to help translate would be appreciated.

I believe her parents were Giovanni Massucco and Caterina Solari.

The document is attached and it is found on the bottom right page.

Thank you!
Tammy

Based on your information about your 3x GGrandmother, Caterina Massucco, this is a POSSIBLE death act for her father... Giovanni Battista Massucco.

#11
Dated 9 April 1867 in Casarza
Declaring the death were: Giuseppe Solari, 45, [son of deceased Giuseppe], son-in-law of the deceased; and Antonio Peri, 57, [son of deceased Bartolomeo], both farmers residing in the town.
Giovanni Battista Massucco died on 8 April at 5 PM at his home in Casarza. He was age 78, and the widower of deceased Caterina Solari. He was born in Casarza to deceased Bartolomeo [Massucco] and to deceased Chiara Peri, both farmers who resided in Casarza in their lifetimes.
Witnesses to the recording of the death: Angelo Finocchietti [son of deceased Domenico] and Domenico Finocchietti [son of deceased Francesco.
