Los Angles Consulate next avail. appt. 2025

[salsor]

I just called Abtran to make appointment at Los Angles consulate for citizenship by decent and they gave me date of Feb. 2025! I am sick about it now because I didn't realize how long it took. I called back to make sure it wasn't an error. I started this years ago and kept putting it off. Is there something I am doing wrong? I am from Boston area originally and still live there part of the year. Should I try there?
