Help with translation of record

Post by bobte2 »

I discovered the attached and am not sure if they are birth, marriage or other information about my grandfather Luigi Damico.
Please. Can you help translate the attached?

Thank you so much!

#23

March 21, 1873 before comune officials in Limosano appeared Ferdinando d’Amico, son of deceased Luigi (d’Amico), age 31, landowner, domiciled in this comune, who presented a male child and declared that the child was born on March 20 at 7 a.m. to his wife, Donna Carolina Palombo, daughter of deceased Don Francesco (Palombo). His wife lives with him in their home in Limosano on Strada del Paschio and the child was given the name of Luigi.

On the first page of the birth act there is a side note, referring to the marriage of Luigi d'Amico with Teresina Marcantonio on 30 October 1898.
I found the marriage act in Antenati site.

Marriage n. 23.
In Limosano 30 October 1898.

Luigi D'Amico, 25 yo, sarto (tailor), born in Limosano, son of Ferdinando [D'Amico] and Carolina Palombo;
Teresina Marcantonio, 25 yo, housewife, born and living in Limosano, daughter of Camillo [Marcantonio] and deceased Patrizia Venere.
