Looking for birth/death certificates

Hi I am looking for birth/death certificates for the married couple Dominic besignano and Orsila rose giorno, who would have been besignano after marriage. They are possibly from Calabria area? There kids moved to canada eventually and ended up in thunder bay area. I am trying to get dual citizenship. I have sort of researched before but was looking for help, thank you

Can you tell us the names of their children who were born in Italy, and date of birth?

The surname should be Bisignano. Bisignano is also a municipality in Calabria, in the province of Cosenza, where there is the largest number of families with the surname Bisignano currently. In Calabria, the surname Giorno is also widespread. The name may have been Orsola Rosa.Do you know the dates of birth of Domenico and Orsola or that of their marriage?
