Help with a translation

[delfgill]

Hi everyone,

I need assistance with the document starting on page 30:

https://www.familysearch.org/records/im ... eView=true

It appears to be record of recognition for Immacolata? Can someone please provide a translation?

Many thanks!

This is a deed dated Oct 10, 1918, recorded in the house of Concetta Modanese. By such deed, Immacolata Modenese, daughter of Concetta, appoints Alessandrina Gioconda to declare the birth of a daughter of hers, born on Oct 8 at 6am, and to give her name Concetta Modanese.

Thank you!
